ADNM is a diploma level course. Its duration is 1-year and syllabus is divide in 2-semester. This course includes legal provisions & social sector, research methodology, social marketing & fund raising, accounting for managers, and field management to organizational behavior and voluntary action & civil society. It provide the knowledge about key principles, policies, systems, frameworks, and applications needed to develop skills, improve competency, and build expertise in the sub
