The craftsmanship program is partitioned into two semesters of eighteen weeks each pursued by twenty weeks of Industrial Training. Classes are coordinated by the school and foundation including hypothesis contribution just as reasonable research center educating. The points secured are Larder and Cookery, Hygiene, Patisserie and Bakery, Equipment Maintenance and Costing. Candidates are tried by means of inner evaluation tests and term-end assessments.
