M.Phil (Painting) is a Postgraduate Academic Research Degree course. The full degree course consists of two year and its syllabus is divide in four semesters of six months each. M.Phil Painting teaches candidates about principles of design by completing a variety of drawing projects. In the program candidates develop a powerful sense of design through decision-making and problem-solving projects that may involves media such as, graphite, oil pastel, colored pencil, chalk pastel, and charcoal.
